Description

This barn, located 30 metres south of Manor Farmhouse in Winterbourne Steepleton, dates back to 1763, as indicated by the initials "TC" over the right loop, with an additional date of 1839 on the south gable. The barn features rubble-stone walls and a hipped thatch roof. It is a single storey structure with two loop lights positioned to the left and right of the centre. At the centre, there are 20th-century sliding wooden doors, with a fixed window featuring glazing bars above. At the rear, there is a large square porch with two-leaf plank doors, also from the 20th century.
