Description

This garden wall, located 20 metres north of Manor Farmhouse in Thorncombe, dates from the 18th century. It is approximately 25 metres long and stands 2 metres high, constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with regular patterns of burnt headers. At the eastern end, there is an elliptical-headed doorway flanked by two blocked niches. The wall is topped with coping stones.
