ST 30 SW THORNCOMBE HOLDITCH COURT LANE 1/70 New House Farmhouse II Farmhouse C18. Rubble walls, plastered. Thatch roof with stone-coped gables and a brick stack at each gable. Two storeys, 4 window-range with C18 sashes above and C20 metal casements below. Front door in central position in facade, 6 panelled with glass in 2 top panels. Wooden jambs with 3 panels each to match door. Architrave with multi-moulds and plain head. Interior: fireplace lintel with shallow-chamfered wooden beam. Fireplace with neo-classical fluted details, late C18. Six-panel doors.
