Description

The George Inn is a public house located on Main Street in Bothenhampton. It dates from the early 19th century and features dressed stone walls and a slate roof. There are 20th-century brick stacks at each gable end. The building is two storeys high and has two sash windows with glazing bars, which are set beneath stone arch voussoirs and stone cills. The front door is centrally located, made of wood with six glass lights, and there is a 20th-century three-light window above it.
