Description

May Cottage is a detached cottage built in the early 19th century. It features rubble-stone walls with stone quoins and has a thatched roof with rendered stacks at each gable. The cottage is two storeys high and has two windows, which are 2-light wooden casements with glazing bars from the 19th century, including some old glass. The front door is centrally located, panelled with two top lights and has a segmental stone doorhead. The windows are set beneath segmental stone arch-voussoirs.
