Description

Sunnyside is a detached cottage built in the early 19th century. It features rubble-stone walls and a slate roof with a tile ridge. There is a rendered stack at the right-hand gable. The cottage has two storeys and two windows on the ground floor, which are three-light wooden casements with one horizontal glazing-bar. Above these, there are smaller wooden casements with glazing-bars. The ground floor windows have segmental heads, and wooden cills are present throughout. At the centre, there is a plank door from the 19th century, accompanied by a 20th-century rendered brick porch.
