Description

Hopewell House is a house in a row, built around 1800. It features brick walls in Flemish bond with closers and has a coursed stone plinth. Above the ground floor windows, there is a brick plat band. The roof is slate, with stone gable copings and moulded kneelers. There are brick and rendered stacks at each gable. The house has three storeys and two windows, which are sashes with glazing bars. The window heads are made of gauged bricks. The front door, located on the left side, is made of wood and has six glass panels, dating from the 20th century, with two glass lights above.
