Description

This is a detached workshop dating from the early 19th century, located 3 metres south-east of Holly House in Stoke Abbott. The building features rubble-stone walls and a hipped roof covered with Roman tiles. It has a ground floor with a loft above. There is an inserted 3-light wood-framed fixed window with arch voussoirs above it. Each end of the workshop has a door; the left door is made of panels from the 19th century, while the right door is a plank door, also from the 19th century. Additionally, there are four blocked pigeon-holes at the top left. This workshop is included for its group value context.
