Description

Wilco House is a house and workshop dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It has a timber frame with plaster and a brick plinth, topped with a plain tiled roof. The building features red brick end stacks and a brick wall on the east side of the workshop, along with some weatherboarding. It stands two storeys tall, with the workshop being a single storey that extends as an outshut to the east gable. The main entrance is a 20th-century glazed door, flanked by two canted hung sash bay windows, although the window on the left has replaced an original hung sash window. On the first floor, there are three sixteen-paned flush-framed hung sash windows. The workshop includes a large window with glazing bars and a half-glazed door, which has replaced an original half-boarded door.
