Description
This is an 18th-century cottage located next to the Post Office. The building features brick walls resting on a stone base, a thatched roof, and brick chimney stacks. It has two storeys, with a single-storey lean-to on the north side that has part rendered walls and a corrugated asbestos roof. The entrance includes a central flush panelled part-glazed door set within a timber porch. On the ground floor, there are two casement windows with cast iron lights. The first floor has three casement windows: two with cast iron lights and one with timber glazing bars. There is also a second blocked door opening next to the Post Office, with a blocked window above it.
