Description
The Bakery is a detached house, likely built in the early 19th century. It features brick walls, a tiled roof, and a brick cornice with dentils at the eaves, along with a brick chimney stack. The building is two storeys high. The ground floor includes a part-glazed door set within a timber porch, one casement window with glazing bars, and a small fixed window. On the first floor, there are two casement windows with glazing bars and a central window that has been blocked. There is a section to the north of the main house that is of earlier origin but has undergone significant alterations; this part has rendered cob walls, a tiled roof, and a brick stack, with modern metal casements on both the ground and first floors. The building is included for its group value.
