Description
The wall and gazebos at the rear of the former Gardener's Cottage were originally part of the kitchen garden for Moreton House, dating from the late 18th century. High brick walls enclose the garden and connect to the former Gardener's Cottage. In the south-east corner, there is an octagonal gazebo with brick walls and a tiled roof, featuring a brick dentil cornice at the eaves and a lead cupola on top. The gazebo is two storeys high and has a timber door, although most windows are blocked. In the south-west corner, there was a similar gazebo, but it is now in ruins.
