GRAMPOUND FORE STREET (south side), Grampound SW 9248-9348 WITH CREED 7/64 April Cottage - GV II

House. Mid C19 with few later alterations. Stone rubble, rendered and lined out. Slurried scantle slate roof with ridge tiles and gable ends. Stack removed. Plan: Small 2-room plan, with one room to front and rear to left and entrance at the right end of the front. Exterior: 2 storeys, 2-window front. Ground floor has C19 4-panelled door to right with overlight; C19 4-pane sash to left. First floor has two C19 plate-glass sashes. Interior: Not accessible.
