6/93 Granary 6m to north-east of Treweatha Farmhouse

GV II

Granary, circa 1810-1820. Timber frame, slate hung partly replaced by horizontal 'boarding. Scantle slate pyramidal roof. Granite round straddle stones. Almost square in plan. 4 rows of 3 straddle stones, taking up slope down to north east. South front with 3 granite steps up to central plank door with rectangular glazed opening to right. Lower right hand side, slate hanging partly replaced by horizontal timber boarding. Right and left side walls and part of rear wall'slate hung. C20 farm buildings abut rear elevation. Interior not inspected.
