Description

Treweese Farmhouse is a circa 1840s farmhouse constructed of rubblestone, with slate hanging on the front and left-hand side. It has a slate roof with hipped ends and deep, overhanging eaves. Rendered axial stacks are located on the rear slope. The building follows a double-depth plan, featuring a room on either side of a central stair hall, along with a single-storey rear outshut.

The farmhouse presents a symmetrical two-storey facade with three windows. The ground floor windows are 16-pane sashes with horns and exposed sash boxes. A central 6-panelled door is glazed with four panes. A circa late 19th-century porch is present, featuring flanking side walls of snecked stone rubble, supported by granite corbelled brackets and a granite moulded roof. The interior was not inspected.
