Farmhouse, circa mid C18 extended on east circa early C19. Rubblestone, partly slate hung with slate roof with gable ends. Rubblestone stack with brick shaft on left hand gable end. Brick stack on front elevation to right of centre and in right hand gable end. Rendered brick stack to rear. Single depth plan of 2 rooms with cross passage, extended to rear and with further room added on right hand gable end with wing to rear to form 'L' shape plan. Shallow staircase projection to rear. 2 storeys, asymmetrical 4 window west front. Ground floor with 2 wide 24 pane C19 sashes flanking C20 part glazed door with late C19/C20 timber and glass porch with gable end. To right. In extended section, tripartite sash. Above, four 16-pane sashes. South front of rear wing, slatehung tofirst floor with brick dressings to window openings. To rear, 2 gabled ends rising above eaves of roof. Large fireplace on left (north) gable end blocked. Interior not inspected.
