Farmhouse. Circa C17 core, extended to south and south east in circa late C18 or early C19. Stone rubble with slate roof with hipped end on left and gable end on right. Large stone rubble axial ridge stack to left of centre and stone rubble stack with brick shaft towards right-hand gable end. Rear lateral stack, circa C19 to rear projecting wing. Stone rubble with brick shaft. Single depth plan of 3 rooms and cross passage extended to south with cartshed with loft above. Also extended to rear with wing on south east. 2 storeys, asymmetrical west front. Ground floor with two 3-light casement with glazing bars, second with chamfered timber lintel with ogee stops. Partly glazed panelled door with late C19/C20 glazed porch on brick base. Gabled end with slate roof. To right, 3-light casement with glazing bars. Chamfered timber lintel with run-out stops and slate hood above. In extended bay on right, opening for cartshed with timber lintel. To first floor, 2-light casement on left and three 3-light casements, 2 on right with glazing bars. Interior; room on north with ceiling beams replaced. Central room with heavy chamfered and stopped beams. Granite lintel to fireplace. First floor and roof timbers not inspected.
