House and garden wall to front. Circa 1840's. Killas rubble with granite quoins and jambstones. Hipped asbestos slate roof with wide eaves and brick chimneys over side walls.
Two-room central stair plan with service rooms to integral rear outshut.
Two storeys. Symmetrical three-window south front with central round-headed door. Top-glazed six-panel door with fanlight over. Ground floor windows are circa 1900 canted bays with horned sashes. Two-paned sashes to first floor. Lead flashing under slate sills.
Interior not inspected.
Low granite coped garden wall to front.
This is one of a row of similar contemporary houses in St Johns Terrace which form an impressive group in spite of later alterations to some of the houses.
