FEOCK Devoran ST JOHNS TERRACE Nos 25, 26 and 27 and garden walls to south

GV II

Terrace of three houses and garden walls to front. Circa 1840's. Killas rubble with granite quoins, jambstones and lintels. Hipped asbestos slate roof with wide eaves and brick chimneys over side walls and over party walls.

Each house has one-room wide double depth plan.

Two storeys. Six-window south front. No 26 (middle) and No 27 (right) have original hornless 12-pane sashes. No 25 has C20 windows. Entrance under left-hand first floor windows. C20 porches to Nos 25 and 27. Slate sills with lead flashing under.

Interior not inspected.

Low granite coped rubble garden walls to front.
