ST LEVAN TREBEHOR SW 32 SE 7/226 Barrowfield (Trebehor Old Farmhouse) including front garden walls and adjoining trap-house GV II

Farmhouse, and adjoining trap-house. Circa late C18 house, circa late C19 trap-house and stables. Dressed coursed granite front and ends otherwise granite rubble. Asbestos slate roof with dressed granite stacks, later heightened with bricks over granite coped gable ends. Grouted scantle slate roof over trap-house. Plan: 1½ rooms deep plan. 2 rooms at the front (kitchen/living room on the left, parlour on the right) with lobby entrance and stair between originally flanked by a small rear pantry on the left and rear dairy on the right. Trap-house with stables set back on the right. C20 extension on the left. Exterior: 2 storeys Nearly symmetrical 2 window south west front with doorway (right of middle) central to fenestration. Original openings. C20 door and C20 2- pane horned sashes. No openings to rear wall. Trap-house and stables has 2 window north east front with central stable doorway and wide carriage doorway on the right. Interior not inspected.
