Description
This is a headstone from 1795, located 9 metres south of the south aisle of the Church of the Holy Name. It commemorates Mary Cotton, who died in 1795, and her husband Samuel Cotton, who died in 1811. The headstone is made of slate and features rectangular shape with inscriptions in both upper and lower case lettering, complete with serifs.
