Description

This headstone, located 1.5 metres south of the choir vestry at the Church of St. Mary and All Saints, dates from 1801. It commemorates John, Samuel, and Sarah, the children of Samuel and Mary White. Made of slate, the headstone features an incised Classical border adorned with urns. A notable half-round cartouche depicts Bingham on the Day of Resurrection, accompanied by a verse couplet.
