Description

Two cottages, dating from the late 18th century, are built of stone rubble at their base, with rendered walls above, likely incorporating stone rubble and cob. They have slate roofs with gable ends. The left-hand cottage shares a chimney stack with the adjacent property at No. 1, while the right-hand cottage has a chimney of stone rubble with a brick shaft at one end. The cottages follow a double-depth, two-room plan, with entrances centrally positioned. The front facade is regular, with two windows. There are two 20th-century doors in the centre, flanked by two 19th-century, two-light casement windows, with two windows above. The interior has not been inspected.
