GV II

Inn. Mid C18 with later alterations and additions. Rubble, rendered, asbestos slate roof with gable end stack to right. Formerly 2 houses, at higher roof level to left, each with central entrance. Plan internally much altered. Each house of 3 storeys; to left with 3 windows, ground floor has door of 2 vertical panels, wide 6-pane sash to right and left with continuous band course over. At first and second floor, three 12-pane sashes (C20 replacements) with a wide projecting bay between the central window and the windows to left and right. House to right has similar door with sash right and left, two 4-pane sashes at first and second floors. Attached to right, a lower 2-storey wing with C20 door and 3-light window with segmental head and brick surround, at first floor a C20 2-light window; gable end stack to right. To rear, block to left has C20 window, door and 4-pane sash, 12-pane sash at first floor right. Block to right is of 2 storeys to rear, with the slope of the ground and has all C20 windows.
