House. C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered, slate roof with gable end stack to right. 2-room plan, with passage to left and room front and rear to right. 2 storeys, C20 door to left, two 16-pane sashes to right at ground floor, one to right in bay with slate pitch over. Two 12-pane sashes at first floor in exposed boxes. Interior: Passage has C20 stair to rear. At first floor, fielded panelling as partition between rooms, panelled doors to cupboards.
