Description

No. 105 High Street is a house that dates back to the 17th century, with later alterations made in the late 18th century and the 20th century. The building is timber-framed and has a roughcast render finish. It features a plain tiled roof with a red brick ridge stack, which has been partially rebuilt. The house has two storeys and attics, following a three-unit lobby entry plan. Notable architectural details include a moulded wooden eaves cornice. To the right of the entrance, there is a canted hung sash bay window, while to the left, there is a 20th-century panelled door accompanied by a twelve-paned hung sash window. The first floor has three casement windows that were added in the 20th century.
