Description

A house and shop, likely dating from the 17th century and altered in the early 19th century. The building is timber-framed and has a rendered exterior. It has a pantiled roof and a red brick stack located behind the ridge. The building is two storeys high. To the right is a shop with a fixed-light window featuring glazing bars and a six-panelled door with two glazed panels. The house has a similar door and is flanked by a casement window to the left with glazing bars and a sixteen-paned hung sash window to the right. There are two horizontal sliding sash windows on the first floor. The building is included on the list for its group value.
