Description
Treetops and No. 98 are a pair of attached houses located on the north side of Armada Road in Cawsand, dating from around 1800 with some 20th-century alterations. The buildings are constructed from rubble and feature a painted finish, topped with an asbestos slate roof and a brick gable end stack on the left side.
These houses have a double depth plan, each consisting of two rooms that are one room wide, with paired doorways leading to adjoining central passages. They rise to three storeys and have two windows, all of which are 20th-century PVC sashes. The central paired doorcase is adorned with pilasters and Greek key decoration, featuring a panelled and glazed door for Treetops on the left and a four-panelled door for No. 98 on the right, topped with a plain cornice supported by brackets. The interior is not accessible.
