Pair of attached houses. Circa 1800 with some C20 alterations. Rubble, painted, asbestos slate roof with brick gable end stack to left. Pair of double depth plan attached houses; each with 2 rooms, one room wide, and with paired doorways to the adjoining central passages. 3 storeys and 2 windows, all C20 PVC sashes, central paired doorcase with pilasters with Greek key decoration: panelled and glazed door to Treetops to left, 4-panelled door to No. 98 to right, plain cornice on brackets. Interior: not accessible.
