Description
Number 24 on Fore Street in Mevagissey is a late 18th-century building. It has a roughcast exterior and stands three storeys tall with three windows. The first floor features sash windows with glazing bars, while the second floor has been altered with modern two-light casements. There is a glazed loft door at the centre of the first floor, and the ground floor has an arched entrance with a modern plate glass shop set back. The corner of the building is splayed and also has a similar loft door. On the elevation facing Middle Wharf, three sash windows have mostly been replaced by modern casements. Numbers 14 to 24 (even) form a group with Number 1 and Mevagissey Pottery Shop on Jetty Street.
