Number 13 on Fore Street in Mevagissey is probably an 18th-century building. It has a stucco exterior and features a single gabled front. The structure is two storeys high and has one window, which is a sash without glazing bars. There is a 19th-century double splayed bay shop with a door in between, along with a panelled frieze and cornice. The roof is made of cement-washed slate. This building is part of a group with Nos 11 to 11D, which enhances its historical significance.
