Description

Nos 4 and 6 Polkirt Hill are probably from the early 18th century and constructed of stone rubble. The front of the building was extended in the 19th century with stucco, and the left-hand bay projects. The building is two storeys high and features one window with a sash that does not have glazing bars, along with a three-light window on the ground floor. There are also sash windows on the gable end, and the roof is made of slate. This building is included for its group value with Nos 2 to 6 (even) and 10 to 14 (even), as well as with No 1 West Wharf and Quay Side, The Harbour.
