Description

12 and 14 Polkirt Hill are 18th-century buildings located on the north-east side of Polkirt Hill in Mevagissey, facing the harbour. The buildings feature a slate-hung upper section above a painted rubble ground floor and rise to three storeys. There are three sash windows with exposed cases and glazing bars on the front. The roof is made of cement-washed slate and is hipped at one end. At the back, there is one storey with three sash windows set in plain architraves, also with glazing bars, and no windows above. The back is finished in pebble-dash and includes two panelled doors with plain rectangular fanlights. Nos 2 to 6 (even) and 10 to 14 (even) form a group.
