Description

These are two 18th or early 19th century buildings on the north-west side of Friars Street. They are constructed of rendered material, with No. 6 painted. The roofs are slate covered. Each building is three storeys high and has two windows. The windows are sash windows with near-flush frames and retain much of their original glazing bars. No. 4 has a 6-panel door and an oblong fanlight above. An early 19th century shop front with a wooden case is also present. These buildings are listed for their group value, forming part of a wider group with Nos. 2 to 6 (even numbers) on Friars Street.
