Description

This guide post, dating from the late 19th century, is made of cast iron. It features a tall fluted shaft that supports three pointers. These pointers are attached to a round flange at the top, which is topped with an onion-shaped ball finial. Each pointer has round ends and is embossed with letters. The left-hand pointer reads "CHAPEL PORTH," the middle one says "PORTHTOWAN," and the right-hand pointer indicates "ST AGNES CHURCHTOWN."
