GV II

Beam-engine house. Circa mid-late C19. Granite rubble with granite dressings. Timber lintels over most openings, some round brick arches. Rubble chimney with short brick upper stage over moulded collar. Plan: Rectangular 1-room plan with thicker front (bob) wall and round-on-plan chimney clasping rear right-hand corner. Exterior: 3 storeys over basement plinth. Unaltered elevations but with some masonry fallen over some of the openings. Front (bob) wall has central doorway. Rear gable wall has central opening to each floor. Interior: Machinery, floors and roof removed
