The building features render on the ground floor at the front and slate-hanging on the studwork above, topped with a rag slate roof. It has a shallow-depth plan and stands two storeys tall with a two-window range. The original 16-pane horizontal-sliding sash windows are located on the first floor. The ground floor has a pair of tall 20th-century nine-pane windows on the left and a 20th-century V-jointed boarded door on the right. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with other nearby structures.
