Description

No. 2 Madford Lane is a small town house from the 18th century that has a later shop added to it. The exterior features slate hanging on studwork and an asbestos slate hipped roof, with a rubble stack on the left side. The building has a shallow-depth plan and stands three storeys tall with a two-window range. The first floor has 20th-century sixteen-pane, two-light casements, while the upper floor features 20th-century two-pane windows. The shop front, also from the late 20th century, includes a transom and a glazed door on the right side. The interior has not been inspected.
