Description
No. 8 Cross Street is a town house, likely built in the 18th century and raised in height during the 19th century. The exterior features pointed rubble with timber lintels and a steep asbestos slate roof. The building has a shallow-depth plan and consists of two storeys with a one-window range on the first floor. The first floor has a central tall six-pane window, while the ground floor has two four-pane windows, with the right window located under a shared lintel with a 20th-century door to its left.
