Town house. Probably C18, heightened in the C19. Pointed rubble with timber lintels; steep asbestos slate roof. Shallow-depth plan. 2 storeys; 1-window 1st-floor range. C20 two-light casements: central tall 6-pane window to 1st floor; 2x4-pane windows to ground floor, that on right under shared lintel with C20 door on its left. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value.
