Description
This building is a warehouse occupied by Porthleven Harbour and Dock Company Limited, constructed in 1814. It features painted rubble walls with segmental arches and projecting keyblocks, topped by a half-hipped concrete tile roof. The warehouse has a rectangular plan and is built into the bank at the rear, standing three storeys tall with a symmetrical three-bay front. The central loading doors are situated above a doorway that has pairs of ledged doors. The second-floor openings consist of 8-pane, 2-light casements positioned above older 6-pane windows and modern 20th-century windows. On the right-hand side, there are loading doorways leading to the upper floors and attic, which are accessed by a flight of granite steps from the front. The interior has not been inspected.
