Description

House. Built around the late 18th century. The house is constructed of granite rubble with granite dressings. It has a scantle slate roof, with a brick chimney over the left gable end, adjacent to the roof of Bramble Cottage, to the right.

The plan consists of two rooms; a larger kitchen/living room on the left, and likely a parlour on the right, built over a lower ground floor. It adjoins the front of Bramble Cottage to the right.

The two-storey south-east front is nearly symmetrical, with two windows, and a doorway slightly to the right of the middle. The doorway has a 19th-century panelled door with a glazed top panel. The windows are 12-pane horned sashes, except for a wider 16-pane horned sash on the ground floor to the right. The interior has not been inspected.
