Description

This small outbuilding, dating from around the mid 19th century, is located 10 metres southeast of the farmhouse on the south side of Higher Truscott. It is constructed of stone rubble and features a rag slate roof with hipped ends and a weather-vane on the ridge. The building has an overall rectangular plan and is a single-storey structure. The front entrance faces the rear elevation of the farmhouse, while the left side elevation, which faces the road, is unpierced. This outbuilding is part of a group that includes a barn located 5 metres southwest of the farmhouse and the farmhouse itself. The interior has not been inspected.
