Description

GRADE-RUAN CADGWITH SW 71 SW 9/32 Cottage adjoining Clifton 10 7 57 Cottage GV II Left-hand cottage of 3. C18. Whitewashed rubble walls with unplastered cob and brick repairs to rear. Timber lintels to ground floor opening. Thatched roof. Rendered brick chimney on left-hand gable and brick chimney in ridge on right- hand end. 1 1/2 storeys. Almost symmetrical. Ground floor with two 6-pane 2-light casement windows flanking central C20 door with glazing bars. Three 8-pane 2-light casement windows above ground floor openings. Gable end unplastered with 2C20 3-pane windows on first floor. Cement render in eaves below gable. Interior not inspected.
