This guide post, located east of Trenarth Bridge, dates from the early 20th century and is made of cast iron. It has a round shaft with embossed letters and two adjustable pointers. The pointers feature rounded corners and are secured by bolted collars to the upper part of the shaft, which is adorned with a moulded cornice. Each collar is topped with a moulded ball and a spear-headed finial. The shaft is inscribed with "CORNWALL" vertically, while the west pointer indicates "PORT NAVAS ½ CONSTANTINE 2½" and the southeast pointer shows "MAWNAN 2 FALMOUTH 7".
