Description
This guidepost, located 250 meters north of Keason, dates from around 1760 to 1764 and is made of granite. It has a quadrangular shape and features incised black lettering in block capitals on three of its rectangular faces, while the fourth, narrower panel remains plain. The inscriptions indicate the turnpike roads leading into Launceston, dated 1760, and the roads leading into Callington, dated 1764.
