Town house with later shop. Late C18 or early C19. Rusticated granite ashlar to ground floor, otherwise Elvan ashlar with granite dressings including flat arches with projecting keystones and rusticated quoins; grouted scantle slate hipped roof with slightly-projecting eaves. Irregular U-shaped plan including rear wings at right-angles with much deeper wing on right. 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Original hornless sashes with glazing bars to upper floors. Ground floor has early C20 transomed double shop front with cranked splay to central doorway and leaded top lights with frieze of squat diamond panes. INTERIOR of shop altered C20, otherwise not inspected but likely to be of interest.
