Description

North View is a house built around 1900, constructed from coursed squared killas with granite quoins and dressings, topped with a slate roof and featuring brick chimneys. The building has a double-depth plan and is two storeys high with three symmetrical bays. The central entrance is a panelled door with a shallow overlight that is lettered "NORTH VIEW." The ground floor has tripartite sashed windows, while the upper floor features 4-pane sashes, all with exposed boxes, large rectangular lintels, and quoined jambs. The interior has not been inspected. North View forms the projecting right-hand end of an attractively stepped row of three houses, with Perkers adjoining to the left, and is included for its group value.
