GV II House. c.1900. Coursed squared killas with granite quoins and dressings, slate roof and brick chimneys. Double-depth plan. Two storeys and 3 bays, symmetrical; central panelled door with shallow overlight lettered "NORTH VIEW", tripartite sashed windows at ground floor and 4-pane sashes above, all with exposed boxes, large rectangular lintels and quoined jambs. Interior not inspected. Forms projecting right-hand end of attractively stepped row of 3, with Perkers adjoining to the left, and is included for group value.
