Description

Praze Green is a house, likely built in the mid-19th century. It features snecked squared killas with granite quoins and dressings, a slate roof, and brick chimneys. The building has a double-depth plan, is two storeys high, and has three symmetrical bays. The central doorway has a recessed door with a shallow overlight above it. The windows are 12-pane unhorned sashes with exposed boxes, and all openings have quoined surrounds. The roof is hipped with chimneys on the side walls. The rear and interior of the house have not been inspected. Praze Green has group value with Orchard House, which is located to the right.
