Description
The building is a coach house, now converted, located approximately 20 metres northeast of Killagorden. It dates from the late 18th century and is constructed of painted shale rubble with granite dressings and quoins, topped with a hipped tile roof. The structure has a U-shaped plan and is two storeys high.
The front features three windows along the central spine, which includes a narrow doorway (now a window), a wide doorway (now a window), and a slightly narrower doorway (now a window and door). Each of these openings has granite jambstones and elliptical arches made of granite voussoirs and projecting keyblocks. Above, there is a granite string course at sill level, leading to a symmetrical range of lunette windows, also with granite voussoirs and projecting keyblocks.
The identical hipped wings on either side contain three-light Venetian windows with glazing bars and lunettes above, also featuring granite sills, jambs, lintels, and arches with projecting keyblocks.
