Description
This is a barn located about 15 meters south of Killagorden Farmhouse, dating from the early to mid-19th century. It is constructed from shale rubble and features shallow brick arches. The roof is hipped and covered with scantle slate. The barn has a single-cell rectangular plan, which likely served as a shippon with fodder storage above, and it stands two storeys tall. The north front is symmetrical with two windows, a wide central doorway, a loading doorway above, and ground floor doorways on both the left and right sides. The first-floor windows are spaced closer together. All doors and window shutters are original and ledged. The interior has not been inspected. This barn is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
