Lych gate and schoolroom. Reputed to be C14, refurbished or rebuilt early C19 and restored 1980s. Local stone rubble with some granite dressings, jettied upper floor with slatehanging on studwork, dry Delabole slate roof pyramidal over lych. Rectangular plan with lych gate on right (south). 2 storeys. 3 windows to west front. Wide 4-light casement window on left, otherwise wooden mullioned windows with round-arched lights including 4-light window left of lych and 2-light window to lych and to return. INTERIOR not inspected.
